We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia and in the USA.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

Perlla is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order.

If we have made an error, we will take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–6 business days (estimated)

  • Europe: 4–8 business days (estimated)

  • International: 5–12 business days (estimated)

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, customs, or carrier issues.

• All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. In some cases, due to free shipping methods, tracking may not always be available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE”

For some shipping companies, it takes 1–3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you specified combined shipping.

Our products embody the highest level of craftsmanship, with every piece uniquely created and refined to perfection. All designs feature genuine gold, but our items also are made not fully from it. They could contain different materials inside of them, lustrous pearls or reinforced silver to enhance durability and brilliance. This for example includes scenarios where diamonds are expertly set into a bracelet, requiring a sturdier silver base to ensure lasting strength and exceptional quality.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, all orders placed on Perlla.pl may be subject to automated security screening and manual fraud review.

We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to prevent fraudulent transactions, including:

  • temporarily delaying shipment while verification is completed
